• The CSFA looks after the protection, management, restoration, enrichment and constant processing of each and every film sequence, so as to protect them from all possible risks and damage, and facilitate the provision of as wide and ample information as possible. 
  
• The CSFA is well disposed to provide qualified and quick information on every production in its possession, on every filmmaker, and on every event of the history of Albanian and international cinematography, both through visual forms, and through the comprehensive informative documentation it produces.
  
• The CSFA is available to offer its services to the new Albanian or foreign productions, as well as the other audio-visual media. It enables use of its archival wealth of materials in 35 mm, and provides other services aimed at the change of the format, while complying with the copyright and the film ownership. 
  
• The CSFA has the mission to protect and pass on the Albanian film memory, as a link bridge among generations. To that end, it has drawn up an agenda of film shows bearing cultural and historical values, and documentary films for as wide a public as possible, ranging from school pupils, students, scholars in various areas, to film fans. 

THE CSFA APPEALS TO ALL THE FILMMAKERS TO MAKE THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO ENRICHING THE DOCUMENTATION ON THE HISTORY OF THE ALBANIAN CINEMATOGRAPHY BY VIRTUE OF THEIR MEMORIES, MANUSCRIPTS AND ANY OHER MATERIAL CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND PRODUCTION OF THE ALBANIAN ARTISTIC FILMS, DOCUMENTARIES AND CHRONICLES.
